Requirements

• 3+ years experience building or optimizing search and ranking systems

• Experience with machine learning frameworks (scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow)
• Ability to design experiments and interpret metrics to validate relevance improvements
• Comfortable working with distributed systems and large datasets
