Senior AI Product Manager

About This Role

We're seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for our AI-first recruiting platform. You'll own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-powered features, from discovery through launch, collaborating with ML engineers, data scientists, and go-to-market teams to deliver innovative solutions that transform enterprise talent acquisition. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep AI/ML product expertise with strong business acumen and the ability to articulate complex technical capabilities to B2B SaaS customers.

Requirements

• Develop and execute product strategy for AI-powered recruiting features with measurable impact on customer acquisition, retention, or expansion
• Partner with ML engineers and data scientists to translate AI/ML capabilities into market-competitive product features
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and market discovery to inform product priorities and validate AI feature assumptions
• Own product metrics, KPIs, and success criteria; analyze user behavior and feature adoption to drive iterative improvements
• Define clear product requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria for engineering and cross-functional teams
• Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders, customers, and leadership with clarity and conviction
