About This Role
We're seeking a Senior Computer Vision Engineer to build and scale computer vision systems that power our AI-first recruiting platform. You'll develop core CV pipelines for candidate screening and assessment, working with production-grade models that process millions of data points. This is a high-impact role where your expertise in deep learning, image processing, and model optimization directly influences our product's competitive advantage. You'll own the full lifecycle of vision features—from research and prototyping to deployment and monitoring—collaborating closely with ML engineers, backend teams, and product. Requirements
- Demonstrate 6+ years of professional experience in computer vision or machine learning engineering
- Build and deploy production CV models using PyTorch or TensorFlow at scale
- Implement modern architectures for object detection, segmentation, or classification tasks
- Optimize models for inference speed and accuracy trade-offs in production environments
- Write clean, maintainable Python code and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
