Senior Data Engineer

About This Role

We're seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design and optimize data infrastructure for our AI-first recruiting platform. You'll architect scalable data pipelines, ensure data quality at scale, and enable machine learning models that power intelligent talent matching. This role is critical to our growth as a B2B SaaS company serving the European talent market.

Requirements

• Design and maintain large-scale data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes
• Optimize database schemas and queries for performance on datasets exceeding 10GB+
• Implement data quality frameworks and monitoring systems
• Collaborate with ML and product teams to deliver data infrastructure for AI models
• Write production-quality Python code with strong testing and documentation practices
• Manage cloud data infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and control costs
• Mentor junior engineers and lead technical design discussions
