About This Role
Join our AI-first recruiting platform as a Senior Data Scientist and drive the development of machine learning models that power intelligent talent matching at scale. You'll own end-to-end data science initiatives—from problem definition and feature engineering to model deployment and monitoring—working with large datasets to optimize candidate-job fit and improve hiring outcomes for our B2B SaaS clients across Europe. We're a remote-first, growth-stage startup building the next generation of AI-powered recruitment solutions. You'll collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate recruiting challenges into data-driven solutions, mentor junior team members, and contribute to our technical strategy as we scale our platform globally.
Requirements
- Design, train, and evaluate machine learning models for production recruiting use cases
- Build and maintain data pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud tools for large-scale data processing
- Develop statistical analyses and A/B testing frameworks to measure model impact on business metrics
- Implement MLOps best practices including model versioning, monitoring, and continuous improvement workflows
- Collaborate with software engineers to deploy models and integrate predictions into our platform
- Communicate findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders using data visualization
