Requirements

• Design and train production ML models for recruitment use cases including candidate ranking and skill matching
• Build and maintain ML pipelines covering data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation
• Deploy models to cloud environments and optimize for latency and scalability in production systems
• Collaborate with backend engineers and product teams to integrate ML solutions into the platform
• Develop evaluation frameworks and metrics to measure model performance and business impact
