Senior MLOps Engineer

About This Role

Senior MLOps Engineer needed to build and scale machine learning infrastructure for an AI-first recruiting platform. You'll design production ML pipelines, manage model deployment workflows, and ensure reliability of AI systems serving B2B clients across Europe. This role bridges data science and engineering, requiring expertise in ML systems architecture, containerization, and cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

• Design, build, and maintain production ML pipelines and infrastructure
• Manage model versioning, deployment, and monitoring systems in cloud environments
• Implement CI/CD workflows for ML model training, validation, and serving
• Work with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools
• Collaborate with data scientists to productionize models and optimize performance
• Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting for ML systems in production
• Write clean, scalable Python code and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
