Senior NLP Engineer

About This Role

We're hiring a Senior NLP Engineer to lead natural language processing initiatives at our AI-first recruiting platform. You'll architect and optimize NLP pipelines that power intelligent candidate matching, resume parsing, and automated screening for enterprise B2B clients across Europe. This is a high-impact role where you'll own end-to-end NLP solutions, from model development to production deployment, working with large-scale text data and cutting-edge language models.

Requirements

• Demonstrate 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with 3+ years focused on NLP or machine learning
• Build and deploy production NLP systems using transformer-based models (BERT, GPT, RoBERTa, or similar)
• Master Python, PyTorch, and MLOps frameworks (MLflow, DVC, or equivalent)
• Design scalable data pipelines and manage large-scale text datasets
• Optimize NLP models for inference latency, throughput, and cost in production environments
• Communicate technical decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
