Staff Data Scientist

About This Role

Join our AI-first recruiting platform as a Staff Data Scientist, where you'll architect and lead machine learning systems that power intelligent talent matching at scale. You'll own end-to-end ML pipelines, mentor junior data scientists, and drive technical strategy for our core AI products serving enterprise clients across Europe. This is a hands-on leadership role combining deep technical expertise with strategic impact in a remote-first, growth-stage SaaS environment.

Requirements

• Demonstrate 7+ years of industry experience building and deploying machine learning systems in production environments
• Lead design and implementation of end-to-end ML pipelines including feature engineering, model training, and inference optimization
• Master Python and SQL with proven ability to write production-grade, scalable code
• Own model evaluation, validation, and monitoring strategies; drive continuous improvement of ML systems
• Mentor and develop junior data scientists; contribute to technical hiring and team growth
• Communicate complex ML concepts to non-technical stakeholders and product teams
