VP of Artificial Intelligence

About This Role

We're seeking a VP of Artificial Intelligence to lead AI/ML strategy and execution at our AI-first recruiting platform. You'll own the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models that power intelligent talent matching, candidate screening, and predictive analytics across our B2B SaaS platform. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll drive technical innovation, build and mentor a world-class AI team, and directly influence product roadmap and company growth.

Requirements

• Lead AI/ML teams and manage technical roadmap for production ML systems at scale
• Design and implement machine learning models for NLP, ranking, and recommendation systems in recruiting domain
• Establish ML best practices including experimentation, model evaluation, and deployment pipelines
• Drive adoption of LLMs and generative AI technologies in product features
• Partner with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to align AI strategy with business goals
• Demonstrate proven track record shipping ML features in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
• Possess strong knowledge of modern AI/ML frameworks, cloud infrastructure, and data engineering
