You'll bridge clinical domain expertise with machine learning, ensuring our AI systems meet regulatory standards and deliver measurable clinical value. This role is ideal for someone passionate about responsible AI in healthcare-adjacent applications, working with real-world datasets to build trustworthy, interpretable models.

Requirements

Develop and validate AI/ML models with clinical or healthcare domain experience
Design experiments and conduct statistical analysis to assess model performance and bias
Implement model monitoring, explainability, and fairness evaluation frameworks
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate clinical requirements into technical specifications
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (GDPR, AI Act, relevant MDR standards)
Document clinical validation processes and maintain audit trails for regulatory submissions
