About This Role
Requirements
- Demonstrate 3+ years of experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or algorithmic fairness research
- Develop and execute bias audits and fairness assessments for machine learning models
- Conduct literature reviews and stay current with AI ethics frameworks and EU regulatory landscape
- Communicate complex ethical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Design ethical guidelines and documentation for AI/ML systems
- Proficiency in Python and statistical analysis tools for bias measurement
