About This Role
Requirements
- Develop and fine-tune conversational AI models using transformer-based architectures and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source)
- Design dialogue systems with context awareness, intent recognition, and entity extraction for recruitment workflows
- Write production-grade Python code with strong software engineering practices (testing, documentation, CI/CD)
- Implement and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for domain-specific knowledge
- Collaborate with product and data teams to define conversational UX, evaluate model performance, and iterate on solutions
- Troubleshoot NLP issues, improve conversation quality through A/B testing and user feedback
