About This Role

We're seeking a Generative AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy LLM-powered features for our AI-first recruiting platform. You'll work on cutting-edge generative AI solutions that transform how enterprises source, screen, and engage talent—combining prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG architectures to deliver intelligent, scalable products. As a growth-stage B2B SaaS company, you'll own end-to-end AI features from concept to production, collaborating with product and backend teams in a remote-first, EU-focused environment. You'll optimize model performance, manage inference costs, and continuously iterate based on user feedback in a fast-moving startup setting.

Requirements

Build and optimize generative AI applications using LLMs (GPT, Claude, open-source models)
Design and implement RAG pipelines, prompt chains, and fine-tuning workflows
Write production-grade Python code with strong software engineering practices
Integrate third-party AI APIs and manage API costs and rate limits
Collaborate with product, backend, and data teams to scope and deliver AI features
Monitor model performance, latency, and quality metrics in production
Demonstrate 3+ years of professional software engineering or ML engineering experience
