About This Role

We're seeking an LLM Engineer to design and deploy large language models that power our AI-first recruiting platform. You'll work on fine-tuning LLMs, optimizing inference pipelines, and building scalable NLP solutions that help enterprises transform talent acquisition. This is a hands-on role where you'll own the full lifecycle of LLM integration, from model selection and prompt engineering to production deployment.

Requirements

Demonstrate 3+ years of experience with machine learning, NLP, or AI systems development
Build and deploy LLM-based applications using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar
Work proficiently with Python and modern ML libraries (PyTorch, Transformers, etc.)
Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines or vector search systems
Optimize LLM inference for latency, cost, and scalability in production environments
Collaborate with product and backend teams to integrate LLMs into recruiting workflows
