About This Role
Requirements
- Develop and deploy machine learning models for production environments using Python and established ML frameworks
- Design experiments, conduct A/B testing, and measure impact of ML features on recruitment outcomes
- Build and maintain data pipelines for model training, evaluation, and inference at scale
- Work with SQL to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from recruiting workflows
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into ML solutions
- Document models, code, and methodologies to enable knowledge sharing and model maintenance
