About This Role
Requirements
- Lead and mentor 3-5+ ML engineers; demonstrate clear technical credibility and people development experience
- Design, train, and deploy production ML models for ranking, classification, or NLP tasks in recruiting or similar domains
- Own ML pipeline architecture, experiment tracking, feature engineering, and model monitoring in production
- Write clean, testable Python code and enforce engineering best practices across the team
- Communicate ML strategy, trade-offs, and results to non-technical stakeholders and product leadership
- Champion MLOps practices: CI/CD, containerization, versioning, and reproducibility
