About This Role
Requirements
- Develop and train reinforcement learning models for autonomous decision-making systems
- Design end-to-end ML pipelines from data engineering through model deployment
- Implement deep learning architectures using PyTorch or TensorFlow for NLP and matching tasks
- Build and maintain scalable ML infrastructure with monitoring, versioning, and reproducibility
- Collaborate with product and backend teams to translate business requirements into ML solutions
- Write clean, production-ready code with comprehensive testing and documentation
- Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and conduct A/B testing
