Requirements
- Develop and execute product strategy for AI-powered recruiting features with measurable impact on customer acquisition, retention, or expansion
- Partner with ML engineers and data scientists to translate AI/ML capabilities into market-competitive product features
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and market discovery to inform product priorities and validate AI feature assumptions
- Own product metrics, KPIs, and success criteria; analyze user behavior and feature adoption to drive iterative improvements
- Define clear product requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria for engineering and cross-functional teams
- Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders, customers, and leadership with clarity and conviction
