About This Role

We're hiring an AI Agent Engineer to design and deploy autonomous AI agents that power our recruiting platform. You'll build production-grade agentic systems using LLMs, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks to automate candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement at scale. This is a hands-on role where you'll own the full lifecycle—from prompt engineering and RAG pipelines to multi-agent workflows and evaluation frameworks.

Requirements

Design and implement autonomous AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI
Develop prompt engineering strategies and fine-tune LLM behaviors for recruiting workflows
Build and optimize RAG systems with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus)
Write production-ready Python code with strong testing and documentation practices
Collaborate with product and data teams to define agent evaluation metrics and feedback loops
Deploy and monitor AI systems in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Troubleshoot LLM failures, hallucinations, and edge cases in real-world scenarios
