About This Role
Requirements
- Develop and evaluate machine learning models for recruitment use cases (NLP, ranking, classification)
- Write production-quality Python code with emphasis on reproducibility and testing
- Design experiments, run ablations, and track metrics using MLOps tools
- Collaborate with product engineers to deploy models and monitor performance in production
- Stay current with recent ML research and evaluate applicability to recruitment domain
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team technical documentation
