Requirements

Design and prototype machine learning models for production environments using Python and deep learning frameworks
Develop NLP solutions for candidate profile understanding and job-requirement matching
Conduct experiments with rigorous evaluation methodologies; document findings and present insights to stakeholders
Optimize model performance for latency, accuracy, and scalability in cloud-based infrastructure
Collaborate with engineering teams to transition research prototypes into production ML systems
Stay current with ML research literature and evaluate emerging techniques for recruiting domain applications
