About This Role
Requirements
- Build and productionize ML models using Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow
- Design healthcare-relevant AI solutions (matching algorithms, NLP, embeddings, or ranking systems)
- Implement MLOps practices: model training pipelines, versioning, monitoring, and deployment
- Work with unstructured healthcare data (CVs, job descriptions, clinical notes) using NLP and embeddings
- Collaborate with product, backend engineers, and healthcare domain experts to translate requirements into ML systems
- Demonstrate experience shipping ML features in production B2B SaaS environments
