About This Role
Requirements
- Design and train production ML models for recruitment use cases including candidate ranking and skill matching
- Build and maintain ML pipelines covering data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation
- Deploy models to cloud environments and optimize for latency and scalability in production systems
- Collaborate with backend engineers and product teams to integrate ML solutions into the platform
- Develop evaluation frameworks and metrics to measure model performance and business impact
- Mentor junior engineers and establish ML best practices across the team
