About This Role
Requirements
- Develop and train machine learning models using Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow in production environments
- Design and maintain data pipelines for feature engineering, model training, and inference at scale
- Implement MLOps best practices including model versioning, monitoring, and A/B testing frameworks
- Write clean, testable code and collaborate with backend engineers to integrate models into our SaaS platform
- Analyze model performance metrics and iterate on algorithms to improve recruitment accuracy and relevance
- Work with SQL to query and explore recruitment and talent data for model insights
