About This Role

We're seeking an AI Solutions Architect to design and implement cutting-edge AI/ML solutions for our B2B SaaS recruiting platform. You'll architect end-to-end AI systems, from LLM integration and RAG pipelines to recommendation engines, working closely with product and engineering teams to solve complex hiring challenges at scale. This is a pivotal role for someone who bridges AI research with production systems in a fast-growing, AI-first environment.

Requirements

Design and architect production-grade AI/ML systems with proven experience deploying LLM applications
Demonstrate deep expertise in retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and model optimization
Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face)
Lead technical evaluations of foundation models and design scalable inference pipelines
Translate business requirements into AI/ML solutions and mentor engineering teams on AI best practices
Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search implementations
