About This Role

We're seeking an AI Voice Engineer to design and optimize voice AI systems powering our next-generation recruiting platform. You'll own the full lifecycle of voice intelligence features—from model selection and fine-tuning to deployment and monitoring—working with cutting-edge speech recognition, natural language understanding, and voice synthesis technologies. This is a high-impact role where your technical decisions directly improve how thousands of recruiters and candidates interact with our platform.

Requirements

Develop and deploy speech-to-text, voice synthesis, or conversational AI systems in production environments
Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers)
Strong understanding of audio signal processing, acoustic models, or voice feature extraction
Experience optimizing AI models for latency, accuracy, and cost in production SaaS applications
Comfortable with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across product and data science teams
