About This Role
Requirements
- Demonstrate 7+ years of industry experience building and deploying machine learning systems in production environments
- Lead design and implementation of end-to-end ML pipelines including feature engineering, model training, and inference optimization
- Master Python and SQL with proven ability to write production-grade, scalable code
- Own model evaluation, validation, and monitoring strategies; drive continuous improvement of ML systems
- Mentor and develop junior data scientists; contribute to technical hiring and team growth
- Communicate complex ML concepts to non-technical stakeholders and product teams
