Requirements
- Lead and grow high-performing AI/ML engineering teams (3-8 engineers)
- Design scalable ML systems and oversee production deployments of LLMs and NLP models
- Demonstrate 5+ years of ML/AI engineering experience with 2+ years in technical leadership
- Drive technical roadmap aligned with product strategy and hiring metrics
- Code proficiently in Python and manage ML workflows (training, evaluation, monitoring)
- Partner with product, data, and infrastructure teams to deliver AI-powered features
- Communicate complex ML concepts to non-technical stakeholders
