As Director of ML, you'll architect and scale production ML systems that power resume parsing, candidate matching, and predictive hiring pipelines serving enterprise B2B clients across Europe. Own the ML roadmap, build and mentor a high-performing engineering team, and drive adoption of advanced techniques including NLP, embeddings, and ranking algorithms. You'll work in a remote-first, startup environment where technical leadership directly impacts product value and company growth. Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to translate business requirements into scalable ML solutions, establish ML best practices, and ensure model performance and governance standards.
