About This Role

Join our AI-first recruiting platform as a Search & Relevance Engineer to design and optimize the algorithms that match candidates with opportunities. You'll work on search ranking systems, relevance models, and information retrieval infrastructure serving thousands of B2B SaaS customers across Europe. This is a high-impact role where your decisions directly improve hiring outcomes and user experience.

Requirements

3+ years experience building or optimizing search and ranking systems
Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and model development
Strong understanding of information retrieval, relevance ranking, or recommendation systems
Experience with machine learning frameworks (scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow)
Ability to design experiments and interpret metrics to validate relevance improvements
Comfortable working with distributed systems and large datasets
