Requirements
- Lead design and development of ML models and pipelines in production environments
- Develop expertise in NLP, embeddings, or ranking systems for talent/recruiting domain
- Architect scalable ML infrastructure and establish MLOps best practices
- Mentor junior ML engineers and conduct technical code reviews
- Collaborate with product and data teams to define ML requirements and success metrics
- Optimize model performance for latency, accuracy, and cost in real-time systems
- Own end-to-end ML projects from experimentation through production monitoring
